They are highly water resistant as no car cover is water proof. There will be some moisture getting through the cover in heavy rain or snowfall. But it is designed to release any built up moisture quickly to dry out any water that gets through the barrier.

I believe that particular Camaro model could come with a ground effects package (molded parts attached to the body and hanging down closer to the ground that would in essence provide some "ground effects" by pushing air around the car and not underneath)
