Does this product actually have BOTH a CD and cassette player already in it?

For item ZX368281, that unit is a Fix Panel Mp3/WMA/Mp4 USB & SD Card Reader unit. The face is not detachable nor is it a Cassette or CD player.

The one I recieved has neither an internal player for CD or cassette. You need to use an external unit to play anything. It also does not have a detachable face. I am very dissapointed that I did not recieve what is advertised. It is a nice unit but not what I believed I was ordering.

The product description says that it's a cassette/cd player, but it doesn't say anything about either in the information. Does it play cd's and cass?

No, it does not have a cd or cassette player. I spoke to a product specialist at JCwhitney. I has two aux to control cd and cassette players.
