Will this device work for an iPod touch in a truck with a factory installed stereo that includes a 6 CD changer?
I have a 2007 toyota tacoma with a factory installed 6 CD changer. If you need more details let me know.

According to the manufacturer if you have the factory installed stereo it will work fine.

Check the app guide I linked for your vehicle. Some external CD changers have to be disconnected in order to use this device.
