Not quite 139db but close if you mount it with a rubber isolator. If hard mounted db's will be lower as metal will change the pitch. Tried both ways-performance was better with rubber isolator.

As this is a universal item we not specify that it will bolt directly in place, Though most often you will need to splice in the wire connection to the old

It is so compact it will fit any bike. I have it on a 1300 VTX and mounted it where the stock horn was. Worst case senerio use a chrome u-bolt and mount it to the highway bars.

It will fit where your stock horn mounts. You may have to drill your existing mounting hole to a slighly larger size, and the use a nut behind it instead of the threaded hole.

It's a one piece design you just need to supply power. Just the horn itself is in the package. You can use an existing horn button or buy the horn button kit.

It mounts on the same bolt as original horn. Use stainless nut.
