These replacement fog lights project same color of light as factory units. If you're asking about the color temperature of the light output, it's about 3000K to 3200K.

Is the casing of these lights black? Do they mount directly to the bumper as my factory fog light mounts were mangled in a fender bender.

Yes, the light housings are black. They install as direct replacements for the factory fog lights and do use the factory mounting locations.
