Just the horn itself comes in the package. Button kit is optional and sold separately. You can use the vehicles existing horn button if you wish. All you need to do is hookup the power and the lead from the switch.

I can't remember if this came with mounting hardware ( I think it was just a nut, washers and bolt)
--
I went to a local hardware store and got a longer bolt so I could add a couple of rubber gaskets to dampen vibration from the horn and a nylon tipped nut so I didn't have to worry about the nut backing off and losing the Horn on the highway.
--
I also got a "Fuseable Link" ( 20 amp fuses I think) and some wire to run.
--
Glad I did -- I once burned the fuse before I damaged the Horn
Sounds complicated, but I wired this and a Road Runner Horn on my PT Cruiser in no time once I figured where I was gonna put everything
--
Hope this helps -- I have had a lot of fun with this horn
--
OR --
You can just take off the horn you have now and replace it with the A-Oooga
Even simpler ..
