I plan on mounting mine on the back tail gate I have taken the stock tire mount off and it will go on the back along with a co2 tank for air. Relocate the tire to a swing out carrier. Or you could go old style and mount it on the side but a lot of wind drag there.

what is the distance between the pre-drilled holes?
mounting on a plate i welded onto a rollbar in the back of my truck, the plate has holes in it and i would like to know if i will need to drill new holes then paint the raw edges
