Question
how well does the fuel economy improve after time do you see a 5 miles per gallon increase or more
i have a 2007 dodge ram 1500 4.7 L flex fuel an woundering if i were to install these would it cause a problem knowing that it is a flex fuel truck but i am just running off of regular gas right now i haven't yet put E-85

You probably will not see anything like 5 miles per gallon or anything near that increase in mileage. You will see some increase, due to this less restrictive exhaust. I would expect to see a 10% increase at best. That is what I have encountered with 2 Gibson exhaust systems. The flex fuel engine should not effect anything with the exhaust or vice-versa.
If you use E-85 fuel you will probably see a decrease in MPG due to that type of fuel.
