Not too sure if the 95 model was made with an ICM or not, but my 89 did the same thing and swapping out the ICM did the job, but ICM is only on models with an inline six, if you have a v6 then the part you would look for would be a pickup coil. it should be somewhere on the left of the block (from sitting in driver seat) the part is only about 50 bucks retail.

Is this a ecm? I have a check engine light on, I had it checked and they said that I need a ecm.

Usually ECM is referred to as an Engine Control Module and not this ignition module. You might want to give them a call and find out which unit they meant before ordering though just to be sure.
