Can I just install this and connect it to the existing 12v coil and be fine or do I have to buy other parts?
I have changed it from a 6volt to a 12 volt system and this is in a vw based fiberglass buggy with the original vw engine I am not sure what type it is the only numbers on the distribtuor I can see are vjur4 br 8 this is a bosch
